These terms cover your use of this website and the form on it. By using the site you agree to them. If you don’t, please don’t use it.

Asking for an estimate

Sending the form asks Entourage AIto look at a property. It’s free. It doesn’t create any obligation for you or for us, and it doesn’t authorize us to file an appeal or act for you in any way. We may decide not to take on a property, and we may not be able to act in some states.

If you hire us

An appeal only starts when you sign a separate authorization naming us as your representative. That authorization, and the agreement that comes with it, set out the terms of the engagement. In outline: our fee is 25% of the property tax you save in the first year as a result of the appeal, due after the reduction appears on a tax bill, and nothing is owed if the appeal doesn’t reduce your assessment. If anything in that agreement differs from this page, the agreement governs.

Where a state requires a licensed or registered representative to file or appear at a hearing, that work is done by a representative who meets the requirement.

No guarantees

We can’t promise that an appeal will succeed, how large a reduction will be, or when a decision will come. Those are decided by assessors and appeal boards. Figures on this site, including the worked example, illustrate how the fee is calculated; they aren’t predictions for any property.

In a small number of states an appeal board can raise a property’s value during an appeal. Where that applies, we tell you before filing, and you decide whether to go ahead.
